Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

 All products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, customers must contact us first by email. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
